Playground Care – Annual Protection & Upgrade Plan

Playground Care is our annual service plan designed to keep your children’s playground safe, beautiful, and ready for years of active play — while rewarding you for staying with our brand.

What’s included in Playground Care?

✔ Annual spring refresh
Every spring, you’ll receive paint for refreshing your playground, helping it look great and stay protected against weather and wear.

✔ Free replacement of damaged parts
If something breaks and isn’t covered by warranty, we’ll replace it free of charge. This includes:

• Wooden parts

• Plastic parts

• Metal parts

Damage caused by intensive play, accidents, or natural events — we’ve got you covered.

Exception: Replacement of the 3-meter slide is available for an additional €49.

✔ In-store credit for future upgrades
50% of your annual Playground Care fee is converted into in-store credit.

• Credits accumulate over time

• Credits can be used as a discount on a new playground

• Credits apply to playgrounds only (not accessories)

How it works – an example

If you pay €200 per year for Playground Care over 5 years, you’ll accumulate approximately €500 in store credit.
When your children grow and are ready for a larger playground, you can use these credits to significantly reduce the cost of your next playground.
